How many times can I train a muscle group per week?
This is a question that gets thrown around a lot, Ideally twice a week in scientific studies will trigger the best muscle growth results. But I personally know a lot of people even myself included that train heavy and train muscle groups once every five to seven days with very good results. Everyone’s body is different at the end of the day, but if your new to lifting weights, twice per week will give you great results.
Why should I do Cardio?
Cardio is amazing for cardiovascular health and it positively impacts the heart and lungs. Cardio lowers blood pressure, and uplifts your mood positively. Cardio also helps your metabolism and your endurance, it shouldn’t be neglected. It will also help burn calories throughout the day, and with a proper diet it can help you lose weight.
I do crunches all the time, why don’t my abs show?
I hear this all the time in gyms, you won’t be able to see your abs if you have a layer of fat covering them. With proper diet and exercise you will see your abs, how your abs look are genetic, but everyone has the potential of having a waistline they’re proud of!
